The Helena Morpho is often cited as the most beautiful butterfly in the world, and for good reason! Its huge wings sport a gorgeous metallic blue (the most metallic of all Morphos) and a stunning white "U" shaped pattern. Its wings also feel a bit thicker and more substantial than the other Morphos, whose wings are notoriously thin and delicate. This thickness probably helps its tremendous coloring.
