Prebuilt: Ready To Ship!
- Orders for Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! UPS items placed before 3 pm EST will ship out the same day via UPS ground (unless you request a faster shipping method, see below), orders after 3pm will ship out the following business day. UPS ground takes 1-5 business days, we ship out of NY so the closer you are to NY the quicker the display will arrive.
UPS ground guarantees arrival time depending on your location, see the map below to determine how long a ground shipment would take to arrive.
- Orders for Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! USPS Priority mail items usually will ship out the day after you order, occasionally two days after you order. Priority mail shipments generally take 2-3 days including Saturdays. So if you order a small, ready to ship, riker mount on Monday it will likely ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday or Friday.
Note - All shipping days are business days. Be sure to refresh your browser if you've visited our website recently as it's possible that some items might fall out of Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! status. Also note that some items that are labeled Ready For Us To Build might actually be Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! or almost ready to ship, you can always give us a call if the current Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! items don't fit your needs.
Expedited shipping: If you feel you need Guaranteed 3 day, 2 day or Next day delivery we can do that as well. Call us or email us before or after you order to tell us which form of expedited shipping you want. We will then manually create an invoice for the difference between Ground and your method of shipping. UPS 2 day and 3 day are fairly affordable, next day is a bit more expensive. Feel free to call us or email us with your desired shipping method, zip code, and products you plan on ordering and we'll try to estimate how much the extra costs will be.
Signiture confirmation: If you want a required signiture confirmation choose the "Regular w/ signiture" option when ordering which requires a signiture to deliver the package. This option will protect you from someone swiping your package off your doorstep (probably a very rare occurence, especially depending on your neighbourhood), however it will require someone to be there to sign for the package which can be a pain and might delay actual delivery. Once a package is delivered to your doorstep it's out of our hands so pay the extra $2 bucks if you feel that theft might be an issue and signing for the package isn't a problem.
Gift Certificates - Note that we offer gift certificates that you can print out on your own computer.
Please read the following carefully to avoid confusion (Feel free to contact us by phone or email if you have questions). Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! items are available for immediate shipment. If you order a Prebuilt: Ready To Ship! item with a Ready For Us To Build item your order will be delayed until all items are ready (contact us if you want them to ship separately). Note that butterfly jewelry & stained glass garden stakes ship separately from everything else so your order won't be delayed if you order them.
We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail and expedited shipping if necessary and requested (see below). Generally small shipments like 1 or two small riker mounts or one 7x6 acrylic frame ship Priority mail. Larger shipments such as 9x12 acrylic frames (and larger) or several smaller acrylic frames/riker mounts usually ship via UPS Ground.
