These damselflies (very similar to a dragonfly) are brilliant green but can vary in color a little to a blue/green. Butterfly Utopia has developed a proprietary technique to restore the damselfly's upperwings to its original shiny brilliance without the use of paint, glitter etc. (they're always quite dull when framed). This species is of limited availability. You can click the photo above for an incredible closeup shot but note that the naked eye won't be able to pick up all the detail seen in the closeup photo (if your browser automatically shrinks the photo you might have to click it again to unshrink). Currently only available in a table top. Origin: Southeast Asia.
